This course is suitable for students with a knowledge of Spanish beyond Beginner level (i.e. have already attended an Elementary 1 (A2.1) course or a full Beginner course enhanced by travelling or some conversation experience). Should be able to use the Present and Present Continuous Tenses, be familiarised with the Past Perfect and some expressions to talk about the future. Could follow a basic conversation, still making mistakes. Students joining this course should have previously covered most of the content in our Elementary 1 course programme.
The level A2.2 refers to the European CEFR levels, not the UK A-Levels (which is a higher level).

In this course you will have the chance to…
By the end of the course you will have acquired the necessary language skills to understand a native speaker talking to you about the topics we covered in the course. You will also be able to talk with more confidence about the topics we covered in the course and recognise/use some of the Past Tenses.
After completing this course, students will be able to continue with their Spanish studies by joining the Pre-Intermediate 1 course (B1.1 Part 1).
